Last night I went to see Prisoners...GREAT movie! I don't say great movie much, because I usually end up disappointed, but it really was an on the edge of your seat nail biter! I totally recommend this! ;)

Afterwards a friend and I went to The hub..their food was delish! I had never been there before.

Anyone else have a movie that you would recommend? I have the feeling I will be on a roll with movies for the next two weeks in between courses. 

We saw World War Z last night on pay per view. We saw it at the movies before and we really liked it so we saw it again. 

I had watched Meet the Miller's almost all the way through, then it was time to leave my friend's house to go out to dinner. lol It was pretty funny, I want to see the ending now. 

or is it We're the Miller's? I forget! 

We just rented WWZ and we loved it too. Most movies lately disappoint. Recently we watched The Call - it was ok, Olympus Has Fallen - this one I loved, Flight - meh, and Safe Haven - pretty good. We haven't rented movies in a while, until the last couple weeks, so I'll be watching to see what movies are suggested :) 

I liked The Call, until the end. :/ I was like what? No. lol I have not seen any of the others mentioned. 

We saw we are the millers...and maybe because we've haven't been to an adult movie in over a year but it was so funny! We loved it. We quote it regularly. Lol. We also loved 42, Olympus Has Fallen. I also thought Parker was pretty good. We've also been watching orange is the new black on netflix. 

I can;t wait for the new movie to come out on Oct 4th with Sandra Bullock. "Gravity" I love her! She is my favorite actress.

I want to see The Millers. Last night we watched Pitch Perfect and I was not a fan. But if you like those mean girl type cheesy 20-something comedies I guess it's good for a laugh. If it weren't for Fat Amy I probably would've fallen asleep lol. 

I've got Olympus Has Fallen sitting on my tv stand at the moment, and have WWZ on my netflix list as well.

Yeah, nay on the zombie movie. I just can't bring myself to watch anything with zombies! lol BUt my husband and kids would love this! 

Our whole family is hooked on The Walking Dead show that comes on tv, can't wait for it to start again soon! 

I hate zombies as well but there's a family plot to this movie and it's actually quite interesting! I don't do sci fi at all! 

When we saw it at the movies it was 3D and yikes it looked real!

I'm waiting on pins and needles for the next season of American Horror Story to start on October 9th! Ahhhh!

As far as movies go, we just watched World War Z and Epic. We don't have kids, but we LOVED Epic - it was so fun! :) WWZ was much better than we anticipated, since we heard that it was just slammed by critics. 

Epic was quite nice too!!! More of a family movie but also nice!

I just rented Dark Skies today. Not sure if I 'll get it watched tonight or not, but I'll let ya know how it is :) 

I just saw this morning on CNN reviews that Prisoners made box office #1 movie. I am tellin ya'll you have to go see. I will even try to watch some of your movies you all recommended! lol ;)

Well, Dark Skies wasn't quite about what I thought it would be about. It was an alright movie though - not omg I have to watch it again good, but pretty good :) 

I havent been really impressed with anything recently. i tried to make myself watch great gatsby because the preview gave me chills, but i couldnt pay attention to it the first time and fell asleep to it the second time. 

Went to see Captain Phillips tonight...my thoughts?

AWESOME!!! Absolutley GREAT movie!

And I still say if you have not seen Prisoners, do so ASAP! Also Great movie!

We just watched The Conjuring - good movie, but surprisingly not as scary as I thought it would be, but definitely a good movie. Also watched The Purge. It was ok.

I've seen both, liked both! Last night we saw Don't be afraid of the dark with Katie Holmes, it was on netflix, it's a couple of years old and we'd seen it before but it was good, all over again!
