how is it cheeper on wed? it says online that monday is only $1.50 a game and $2.50 for shoes...wed is 10 bucks for unlimited...but my kid can only handle a game or two before being done. Or is there another deal? I just have had a busy weekend and know my boy needs to do something fun with me so he wants to bowl... 

McChord is what I was thinking of... I heard it's nicer. I haven't been to the Lewis one yet, but we've gone to McChord and it's really clean and unpopulated even in the evenings.

I avoid the air force side of things...I dont know it and in co I had a lot of issues with air force folks...Im good with my less than nice cheep army side lol. I fit in better there anyway. 

Oh man. I'm sorry to hear that. I've heard that some AF people look down on the Army, and especially here since we forced them all to use Madigan, but I've personally never had any issues at all, and I've gone to events on that side and made AF friends, and gone to their (cheaper) commissary...

What's up with that anyway? Why are their things cheaper? Cheaper commissary, Cheaper MWR, Free movies.... Hmm. 

Their commissary is cheaper? I don't think I've ever been there, but I have heard that others prefer to shop there because it isn't as crowded.

I didnt know there was bowling on mcchord. but then again i dont get out much or over to that side unless its for the bx. thats like once a month. the employees there arent as nice. they dont say hi or ask if your finding things like at the px. ive been bowling once since being here and that was last weekend. plus over here the alley is down the street from me. and i really enjoyed it. although there shouldnt have been a couple making out next to my children. 

Their commissary is cheaper?
I got boxes of Kashi Bars 18 pack for $2...
Their produce seems to always regularly be cheaper, and their bulk sections are larger/better organized.

I liked shopping at the McChord commissary because their isles were wider so it wasn't as hard to get down the isles even when it was on the crowded side. 

Lol the army wife vibe. Ill be honest I ran into one girl at the bx and she said hi gave me her name and everything. Really sweet girl. Now the px every wife give you that vibe lol 

i tend to find everything is nicer on the Mcchord side of things, of course, we lived on Mcchord for 2 years so maybe im bias, but we never had problems. All the airforce folk around us were great :)
