Oh man, that would be awesome. I need someone to come save my backyard, lol. 

I am going to have to mow my lawn this weekend. That's my husband's job usually, and he's terrified that I'll screw it up. I promised that I won't mow it in a zigzag pattern, or create crop circles, or dollar signs. What more could he possible ask for?!? ;-) 

Lol, well, we have a terraced rose garden in our backyard. It used to be really pretty. I was gone for a month and it's been overtaken by weeds. I've pulled out most of the weeds, but it still looks terrible, that and all of my flowers are dead. I honestly can't tell if someone of the flowers are weeds or not, so I just leave them there, they're kind of pretty and the only things that are alive, lol. SMH 

Honestly... That's what im doing with my veggie garden :-/ i don't know whats a veggie and whats a weed. But they're all growing wonderfully! Lol

I LOVE mowing, weed eating, and any other kind of yard work. I get mad when my husband does it or tries to take over while I am in "mid-mow"! lol

i like weed whacking, but not mowing 

I love doing yard work, sadly though my allergies have other plans and makes me look like a blow fish for several days afterward. When hubby goes to Korea I am going to have to hire someone and I really hate that :( 

the gardener on post just murdered my rose bushes with a weed whacker. uprooted both of them that i had along the side of the house. then chewed them up with the weed whacker for fun.

It didn't take me long to realize I didn't want the JBLM "landscapers" in my yard. Went to housing and got the sign. They would still come in my yard occasionally, even though it was the tidiest one in the neighbourhood (I have the award to prove it!;) ). What really irritated me is them tromping around with the leaf blowers, blowing cigarette butts and garbage from the road into my yard and spreading my bark everywhere while breaking the stems on my flowers. 

I had to go stop them from messing it up for three weeks after we got our sign. I think I finally scared them enough last time since I looked all crazy. My son had JUUUUST fallen asleep and they came with leaf blowers right under his window. Why?? There was nothing there!! I was a bit peeved. 

they resolved my issue. they gave me flower borders and will replace my rose bushes. :)

nice! I just keep praying for rain on the days that I have time to mow and it's worked twice =) I mow, the husband weed whacks, I can't do it to save my life and his mowing skills leave a lot to be desired! 

Haha I've gotten out of mowing so far because of the weather :) I was given strict instruction not to mow wet grass. I also forgot one day and watered... So had to skip that day also. Oops ;-)

This is me! My husband had surgery and couldn't be on his feet, and our yard desperately needed to be weed whacked(?) lol. I had to go buy more string for it because I was so terrible with it!

I used to in GA because our yard was easy, the lot was rectangular. Our house here is not so I don't like it anymore! 

i actually wish my whole lawn was covered in moss and clovers. one day i will have an alpaca or a sheep to keep my yard trim for me:)

The stones in my garden are covered in dead moss, can I use a stiff broom to get it off, or is there a better way? lol 

I used a stiff push broom to get the moss off my driveway. It's obnoxious and takes forever. If there's a better way, I'd like to know it ;-) 

I pruned my rose bushes today, not sure if I did it right, but I'm proud of myself, haha.
(This is after I let all my roses die because I was away for a while, lol)

i love pruning! i wouldn't mind mowing with one of those stand up riding mowers. those look fun!
