I believe its a Yorkiepoo or some breed close to it.

Its Grey.

Found it near a Park, it has a Blue Harness. 

Found Near Discovery Village/Hillside around Linden Dr/Magnolia Blvd. 

Could be a Terrier Mix.

My friend is missing hers but I'm not sure that it has the blue harness thing you described (if you're the same on bookoo) also on flfm someone else lost theirs saturday.

She wants to know if the dog was claimed bc the link she was given and video is gone but she said hers is wearing a green collar. 

Never mind, she said the collar was green with purple squares.

Ok so this terrier showed up on my porch, and now animal control has him. I really hope his owners will go claim him he is not chipped, otherwise he would be heading home right now. this is a shame cause he is very friendly, and just wants to be loved. I would have kept him longer but my dogs would not have it.
