This is ridiculous!! I wanna say that some people on LYS really makes me upset. I dislike the fact that every time you put a specific ad up, and I reply saying I'm interested you decide to change it and wanna charge more. These items DO NOT HAVE TAGS for it to be THAT MUCH!!! If it was never open, has tags or new in the box, then I would charge the amount I want. I understand everyone NEEDS MONEY, and the economy is bad (sorta)... GET A JOB!!! This is not the mall. If you want what its worth, ebay, refund or store credit. I'm sick and tired of seeing overcharge items that are not worth that price and expect someone to pay that amount. Grow up and Good DAY!! -END RANT- 

You can talk people down on prices if you really want something. A lot of times they just raise prices to see if anyone is willing to pay it.... if not then people just keep on looking and don't bother with that person. It's been happening forever, I wouldn't let it get under your skin... Chin up buttercup :-) 

I understand where you're coming from. I think people forget it's basically an online yard sale. Even if it's brand new I would expect people to only ask for 50% of the retail cost, at most. That's what most consignment shops do. If they want exactly what their item is worth and it's brand new they should just return it to wherever they bought it. I just keep going until I find someone who has what I want that is more reasonable. 

well i sell on there and someone named a day time and location and did not show up.

people are people. not everyone selling on there is a jerk, and not everyone buying is either. 

I sell on there as well. Will also take lower. We are PCSing so anything I can not take back to NY with me is great. But Ona is right people are people.

They will charge way to much not show up and not answer you back. 

@ Frankie, Thanks. I have tried talking people down and for most part my answer I get is either A- they won't go lower because they paid this amount and was used once and need the money or B- the prices are firm. If you wore it once and there is NO Tag on it or the item has been used regardless, should NOT be for that specific price. But for everyone's comment really cheer me up because each and every one of you are right. :). No one really buys anymore and people are people... that just made me think of an 80s song by depeche mode and marilyn manson as well LOL. Thanks everyone :)
