My husband and I qualify for the townhouses in Town Center, carter lake, evergreen, and mccord. There are no pictures of heartwood that I can find and I did not like the pictures i have seen of evergreen (the no carpet thing and it looks like no light from the windows) I like the townhouses but there is no yard. Anyone have any information on heartwood?

If they are the homes I am thinking about on McChord, they are teeny tiny, but have a privacy fence. Might be the same as carter lake but I'm not 100% 

I lived on tamarack CarterLake/heartwood
4 bedroom super tiny with 6 boys. My neighbor lived in a 3 bedroom and they were super tiny as well. We paid to move into Olympic grove housing that was much better fit. Mcchord is quiet and most of the houses have a fence. You need to ask if its fence because there are a few that do not. Good luck
