So I just got my knives "sharpened" and now they're duller. Who do you know that will come onto post to sharpen Cutco? 

That sucks! After almost 20 years of owning ours we've never had them sharpened and they are sharp as the day we got them so now I know what we are NOT doing! 

I've had them sharpened several times before with no problems. I think the lady who came to our house might have been new....
I cut a lot of food. i try not to use the glass cutting board that is glued to our counter, but i do it sometimes. About 70% of the time i hand wash them.
