We are looking to buy a "HOME" when hubby returns from deployment, using VA. I'm thinking about just collecting information and starting out the process. I'm not going to finalize anything until hubby is home because it's a family decision. Any suggestions on a knowledgeable realtor, or where to start?

Hey Sandra, thinking about using Bruce for our realtor. Did it seem like he was pretty familiar with VA loan buyers? 

He was somewhat but he connected us to a lady in Wells Fargo in Oly or Lacey, can't remember and she rocked! Was able to get us 2.5% w/ no $ down. Also if you bank w/USAA he is one of their approved realtors and because we used him we got a percentage of the sale, we ended up getting over $1000 in cash from USAA!
