Hi everyone -

I want to get rid of AT&T; because I have a smart phone, I run up a bill of about $90 a month, and I get less than 1,000 minutes a month and hardly any data. I use my phone for everything because of a home business I have, and I really want to drop the carrier because they're screwing me over.

Does anyone have Boost Mobile? I haven't heard anything about the service anyone with it gets around here (Fort Lewis), but after looking at their plans it seems like an excellent idea. My husband, when he gets back from his deployment, doesn't use text and doesn't want a phone where text messaging is even an option, and Boost has plans without texting. I figured I'd ask everyone here if they have phones through Boost!

I have it and pay $60 with tax for unlimited and the bill shrinks after so many on time payments. I think the bill can go down to $35. We used to pay $200 for two phones with T-mobile and it was so not worth it. I'll never go back :) 

Do you get pretty good coverage, Manda? I don't know anyone with Boost so I have nobody to ask about the coverage! 

For the most part yes. There was one particular area that I got no service at all and it was at the Lakewood Town center. Other than that it has worked very well for me. 

I have Boost as a back up phone, but I'm in Oklahoma now. It's run on the sprint network and I know Sprint got really good service there in your area so it should be fine.
