can anyone send me pics of beachwood two and of madigan??? we only have a day to choose and im stressing out. 

I don't have pics, but beachwood 2 is nicer in size and Madigan is quite. =) 

If you type "Beachwood" into the search box up there in the right corner you can find the post someone just recently made with inside pics of Beachwood 2 housing. Or you could try moving house for the military spouse on Facebook. She might have pics of the inside of Madigan.

What is officially Beachwood 2 is E7 and above housing, is that what you are looking for? I thought Madigan was E6 and/or below. Regular Beachwood and Madigan are very much alike if I'm not mistaken. 

Beachwood 2 become E5-E6 as of April 16 we are currently on the waitlist for it. if you go into current wait times on the JBLM housing site and put E7, beachwood 2 will say E5E6 now. 

We love Madigan. Our street seems to be O1 and up and some WO...it is so nice to have your own house -- not a duplex!

Oh wow that's good then. Yeah by far though Beachwood 2 is bigger and nicer than most houses on post in my opinion. I forgot last year when I moved they were building new housing in that area, I hated it though because it took away so many trees I used to love looking at while I lived there. I loved my huge wrap around porch too! 

They are re-allocating housing again to better reflect BAH rates. I got a flyer about it, but don't remember which neighborhoods are included. There were at least 6 neighborhoods(if not more) on that list.
