We are on the housing wait list for Clarkdale (the duplexes)I was want info on them. Are they spacious? Updated? Anyone currently living there that might be interested in sharing pictures of the inside or details I would greatly appreciate it :-)

We currently live in those type houses. We love it. I've been in several and they are all updated. I don't know how many kids you have but we have two and two dogs and it is plenty of room. If you have school age kids it's a great school! If you would like to come look I wouldn't mind showing you my house, its kind of a mess we are pcsing in 2 weeks so I have boxes everywhere. 

I live n the duplex. I have four kids 8,5,3,1 it's wayyyyyy to tiny for us :/ but the neighbor hood is amazing, the school is amazing. And it's close to everything :) do u know when u will get the house we just had someone move out right across the street lol 

I have two kids 2&3 and no pets. I live in the six plexes and would love to come check one out.

Not sure when we get to move just got on rhe list but I just live across the street so anytime. Txt me 210-6241812 we are hoping by the end of may though. 

They should be ok size for you w/ just 2 kids. Especially if you are in 2 bedroom now. The only thing we didn't like is the kitchen size is smaller and only 1 bathroom upstairs. If you get one on Stryker, you will get the garages. Nice for extra storage and car! 

I maybe looking into movie into the duplex 3 bedroom. Any opnions on those? I live in a 1400sq ft 3 bedroom on post in greenwood does anyone know sq ft. of those or can help me with it? COuld I possibly come see your duplex before you move? :) 

Yea you can come over whenever during the day or if your not busy I'll be home from 2:45-4:30 this evening. 

@ momof4 my kids get up from a nap at 330 so ill come by at 4 if thats ok 

@ Simmer down- the houses in Greenwood are larger than the duplexes and most don't have garages, so keep that in mind. 

we got offered a house yesterday and i was curious if the walls are super thin in the duplexes? i know the ones we live in arent bad right now so i am hopin for the same at the new house
