I'm looking to get a job on base right now I am a cna but I'm working in auburn but it coat way too much to drive to work and my hobby is deploying soon so I was wondering if anyone knew how I can apply for a cna position on base where I go or what I needed to do thanks

You have to apply online. If they have any openings they would be listed on the hiring website http://armycivilianservice.usajobs.gov/

I also look on usajobs.gov because sometimes the other site doesn't show all the listings. 

Good luck! I know literally 5 people that are CNA's and have applied and applied. The positions on post are VERY hard to get. The have a very low turn around. I have a friend that works in one of the clinics and has even said its VERY hard. She applied over and over for two years before even being called!

Thought of Lakewood? Hospital 5 miles from post. The VA hospital. Would that not be great? About 5 miles as well from post. 

I have been applying on post for a year and no luck so far. But I took respite care training and now I do that. Some clients are on base. :) Respite care for EFMP children.

I know you want on base but I was looking at pierce county jobs online (google the site) they have a few cna jobs posted as of last week still excepting applications. I think one or two were Lakewood area. Good luck

Washingtons state job bank also has listings for CNA's you just search by county.
