Well I figured if I'm not going to have this baby today I might as well do something productive! So I made blueberry and carrot cake jam. I'm so excited can't wait to try them out tomorrow! :)

& whats carrot cake jam? i feel like thats a stupid question.. just never heard of it.. but i love carrot cake lol 

I usually do blackberry also but they don't seem ripe enough yet.

Carrot cake jam is shredded carrots, pineapple, a pear, nutmeg, cinnamon you cook it...add pectin, white and brown sugar then it's done. Really good on toast or bagel with cream cheese.

I just made homemade doughnuts! Yummy!! HOpefully this is my last meal!! haha! 

my mom cans apple pie filling and the stuff thats left in the pot she turns in to what she calls caramel apple jam,so good. I should so learn how to make that*drools*
